Can you send me an invoice so I can pay later?

No-payment is due on the date of service, no exceptions.

What payment methods do you take?

We take cash and card most payments are made via tap we do not accept Cash app Venmo, or any apps such as that we also do not accept checks it is imperative that you have payment ready upon our arrival so when the job is completed, we can be paid promptly

 

How Much Do You Charge ?

We price the job based on the time it should take—not how long it ends up taking. If it runs longer, that’s on us, not you.

 We base our pricing on how long we expect the job to take. If it ends up taking longer, you won’t be charged extra—the price stays the same.

 Pricing is based on the estimated time required to complete the service. If the service takes longer than anticipated, the agreed-upon price will remain unchanged.

Will the chemical ruin my house?
No, unless you have oxidation or pre-existing damage to your home which we would do pre-work evaluation of your home take pictures and address any damage such as oxidation, hardwater stains, rust etc. on your property and allow you to decide how you would like to move forward

Will the chemical kill my plants?
We do our best to provide a heavy pre-soak of water to dilute the chemical as much as possible, but there are instances where overspray makes it on your plants. It’s rare, but it does happen. More sensitive plants like crate and myrtles will be covered and sprayed consistently throughout the process of the work

Why don’t you service our area?
Due to circumstances that are out of our control some areas of South Carolina we cannot service there is no such thing as a statewide business license to obtain in South Carolina

Do you give discounts?
Yes, we do we give discounts to service members and seniors is a 10% discount but for everyone else if you book more than one service with us bin cleaning will be free if you do not have a bin that needs to be clean. We will then proceed to take 10% off your total price.

Do you install gutter guards?
We do not install gutter guards at this current moment I do not see us providing that service anytime in the future

Do you clean windows?
Yes, we are working on providing that service in the next few months

Do you take money off for referrals?
Yes we do if somebody books a job with us and mentions your name both jobs will be discounted yours and the person that you referred

How long will the job take to complete?
It depends on what needs to be done most jobs. Take about three hours to complete professionally efficiently and without mistakes. We give ourselves a three hour window to complete any job and we based our price on that window. It makes our service affordable for everyone.

Is your company, pet friendly?
Yes, we love animals, but we require animals, customers and children to stay out of the work area while we are cleaning pressure washers are very dangerous and could potentially harm animals, children and adults. We want everyone to be safe so it is important to stay out of the work area while we are working.
