Thank you for choosing The Grit Gang Company LLC. Our goal is to provide safe, professional, and high-quality exterior cleaning services. Please review the following terms before scheduling your service.

 

Services We Provide

We offer professional exterior cleaning services including:

• House Washing

• Roof Soft Washing

• Gutter Cleaning

• Driveway & Concrete Cleaning

• Sidewalk & Patio Cleaning

• Garage Floor Cleaning

• Fence Cleaning

• Gutter Brightening

• Trash Bin Cleaning

• Specialty Stain Removal

Only the services listed on your estimate or invoice are included. Any additional work requested may require a revised estimate.

 

Estimates & Pricing

Our pricing is based on the type of service, the size of the area being cleaned, accessibility, and the condition of the surface.

If we discover conditions that were not visible during the original estimate—such as additional square footage, heavy staining, excessive buildup, or restricted access—we'll discuss any pricing adjustments with you before performing additional work whenever possible.

 

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability, weather, and service routes.

Services may be postponed due to:

• Rain or severe weather

• Unsafe working conditions

• Equipment issues

• Employee illness

• Other unforeseen circumstances

If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

 

Preparing for Your Appointments

To help us complete your service safely and efficiently, please:

• Ensure access to the work area.

• Provide a working outdoor water source (unless otherwise arranged).

• Move vehicles away from cleaning areas.

• Remove outdoor furniture, decorations, grills, and other personal belongings.

• Close all windows and doors.

• Secure pets indoors.

• Keep children away from work areas.

• Inform us of any known property concerns or hazards.

Failure to prepare the property may result in delays, additional charges, or rescheduling.

 

Property Conditions

Exterior cleaning may reveal pre-existing issues that were hidden by dirt, algae, or debris, including:

• Oxidation

• Faded surfaces

• Loose paint

• Rotten wood

• Damaged caulking

• Cracked siding

• Existing leaks

• Worn roofing materials

We are not responsible for damage resulting from age, deterioration, improper installation, or existing structural issues.

 

Roof, Concrete & Gutter Cleaning

Our cleaning methods are designed to safely remove dirt, algae, mildew, moss, and debris.

Please note:

• Roof cleaning does not repair roofs or stop leaks.

• Concrete cleaning cannot repair damaged or weakened concrete.

• Gutter cleaning does not include gutter repairs or installation of gutter guards.

• Some stains, including rust, oil, red clay, and hard water stains, may not be completely removable.

 

Water & Electrical Fixtures

Exterior cleaning uses water around your home.

Please ensure exterior electrical outlets, light fixtures, cameras, and other electrical components are properly installed and weatherproof.

We are not responsible for water intrusion caused by:

• Failed window seals

• Damaged caulking

• Construction defects

• Existing leaks

• Improper installation

 

Plants & Landscaping

We use professional cleaning solutions designed for exterior cleaning and take reasonable precautions to protect surrounding landscaping.

However, we cannot guarantee against damage caused by:

• Existing plant stress or disease

• Sensitive vegetation

• Wind drift

• Pre-existing landscaping issues

 

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept:

• Cash

• Credit Cards

• Debit Cards

• Tap-to-Pay

We do not currently accept personal checks or third-party payment apps unless approved in advance.

 

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations or appointments where we cannot access the property may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you believe something wasn't cleaned properly, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We'll inspect the area and, if appropriate, return to address any reasonable concerns.

 

Photos

We may take before-and-after photos of completed work for quality control and marketing purposes.

If you do not want your property photographs used, simply let us know before your service begins.

 

Limitation of Liability

While we use professional equipment and proven cleaning methods, exterior cleaning carries inherent risks due to existing property conditions.

The Grit Gang Company LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or conditions outside our control.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
